- Complete Inspection of the property grounds for any unusual or suspicious activity
- All outside lighting and security lighting is functioning properly
- Complete house inspection whether it be a pool patio or boat dock
- Garage door and driveway inspection
- Tree and shrub for issue
- Check Ceilings and skylights for any sign of roof leaks

- Check to signs of pest and insect infestation of interior or exterior of home
- Run all water in sinks bathtubs and showers to keep traps from drying out and prevent sewer gases from entering your home. Close all drains after use.

- Check hot water heater for issues or leaks
- Check air conditioning for proper operation
