  • All utilities are in place and working properly
  • All points of entry to residence are undamaged and secure ex: windows doors
  • All Trash and receptacles are secured and in place or if need to be taken out to curb
  • Complete Inspection of the property grounds for any unusual or suspicious activity
  • All outside lighting and security lighting is functioning properly
  • Complete house inspection whether it be a pool patio or boat dock
  • Garage door and driveway inspection
  • Tree and shrub for issue
  • Check Ceilings and skylights for any sign of roof leaks
  • Change air filters
  • Check to signs of pest and insect infestation of interior or exterior of home
  • Run all water in sinks bathtubs and showers to keep traps from drying out and prevent sewer gases from entering your home. Close all drains after use.
  • Check under all sings for leaks, flush and brush toilets
  • Check laundry room for leaks, check wash machine and dryer for issues
  • Check hot water heater for issues or leaks
  • Check air conditioning for proper operation
  • Inspect all points of entry from inside of residence
  • Inspect all plumbing for signs of leads or issues ex: flushing, running water
  • Activate all plumbing to eliminate stagnation
  • Check all appliances with water usage for signs of leaks
